To promote discussion and implement actions to discard, amend or create any document (1) governing human behavior in order to create peaceful coexistence among all humans.

LIST OF ISSUES FOR THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
ISSUE 1: RELIGIONS, BAN ISLAM PEACEFULLY
ALL CIVILIZED PEOPLE ARE CHALLENGED TO STAND UP AND SUPPORT THIS MISSION.
BAN ISLAM IN THE WORLD BY PEACEFUL WAYS starting from the United States of America by Excluding it from the First Amendment of the Constitution as Islam not being a religion compatible with the civil societies, and to save our civil liberties, make our work places safe and Keep the Nation Socially and Geographically United.
Islam and its guiding scriptures are inconsistent with United States Constitution and basic human tenets of Good Karma. Muslims are already demanding Islamic Sharia Laws in United States. We shall have only "American Courts, American Laws (ACAL)" in this country.
It is sad that Islam is taking strong foothold in American, which will eventually lead to destruction of American social integrity and leading it to likes of Indian Subcontinent, Mideast and all other places where Islam has created havoc on this planet earth.
Those who want the peace in the world shall rise-up! We must work to free the humans entrapped in mental slavery by Islamic teachings. We must ban Islam in the world, starting from the United States of America. It can happen.
Islamic ideology imposes upon its followers to contain them with psychology and ordained punishments for disobeying its practices.
Islamic ideology imposes upon non-Muslims whenever and wherever it can, to convert them to Islam by force or by greed.
Islamic Ideology dictates that all the people enslaved in wars and battleground are their property. Enslaved women are permitted to be raped and women and children are sold in open market like cattle, while captured men are slaughtered mercilessly.
Islamic ideology imposes upon its followers not to live with non-Muslims. Muslims forms Islamic nations within the nation, destroying the harmony and tranquility the same people.
Islamic Ideology instills loyalty to Quran and Sharia Laws, not to any governing document of an independent democratic nation. Many democratic nations get forced to have separate Islamic laws for Muslims.
PLANNED ACTION: Challenge Islam in the Supreme Court of the United States as it being not a Religion of Peace, rather it is a RIGID IDEOLOGY not compatible with civil societies and true-democratic governments.

ISSUE 2: LANGUAGES
ONE NATION ONE NATIONAL LANGUAGE. Stop Spanish as an Alternate Language to Keep our Nation Socially and Geographically United.

ISSUE 3: GUN CONTROL
RESTRICT GUN OWNERSHIP: We must amend Second Amendment of the Constitution “Bearing Arms”, in such ways that we abolish ownership of all Assault weapons, and still allow ordinary citizens to own simple guns for hunting, protection and hobby with proper legal and psychological qualifications and proper accountability of gun ownership. Each gun is made for the sole purpose of killing, and while some killings are justified, a clear majority is undesired and can be avoided.
We do not want innocent people losing lives, petty criminals killing with guns and filling jails, mass killings in educational institutions and public places, all resulting in miseries for so many innocents and higher cost of doing business, and not feeling safe in our own country. Who benefit from all this?
PLANNED ACTION: Challenge the validity of the Second Amendment in the Supreme Court of the United States, based upon the present day political, civil and governing environment of the nation with its defense against foreign aggression with a national army replacing the Militia of that budding nation it used to depend upon. The Second Amendment is companion to the Third Amendment “Quartering Soldiers” in its validity today. National Army do not quarter soldiers people houses. Both amendments are absolute now.
Also, work to Change the Mindset of People by Free Speech Social Education and promoting to change and form laws in the legislature.
ISSUE 4: TERM LIMITS FOR EVERY ELECTED AND APPOINTED POSITION
The United States MUST HAVE TERM LIMITS FOR EVERY ELECTED AS WELL AS APPOINTED GOVERNMENT OFFICE HOLDERS.
We must not be subjected to the same thoughts and strategies for governing our nation’s offices from the same people (both at the State and Federal level, from lowest to the highest office for unlimited elected terms and life terms appointments. This included Federal Judges, Supreme Court Judges, Congressmen and Senators and in any governing institution or organization.
Not having the term limits is a big shame and drawback of any governing system, especially of Democratic governing. There is no reason that we appoint judges for life. Term limits will not cause coerce in decision making in giving judgment or voting for right bills or running the institutions in most effective and fairways; as some people argue otherwise for not having the elected term limits and life terms appointments.
People in power end up staying in power most of the time even if they are contested in subsequent elections, as by staying in power they create enough sphere of influence to get reelected.
Imagine not having the term limit for the President of the United States. What would our country be like if a presdient stayed in power indefinitely? Why not apply these limits to other elected officials.

ISSUE 5: HEALTHCARE IS A HUMAN NEED AND THE NATION MUST TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.
Healthcare is a basic need for everyone and is a must for healthy work force without fear of getting bankrupt.
The Government must address and take care of Healthcare of all its citizens.
State boundaries shall not play any role in this matter and people shall be able to keep their insurance irrespective of where they move in the nation.
American businesses should not be forced to bear or share the burden of providing healthcare to their employees. Cost of providing healthcare to its employee causes businesses to lose their competitiveness in providing services and producing goods in the global market place. Businesses should be expected to do well in their expertise while paying fare wages to their employees to take care of all their needs including health care and buying the health care insurance of their choices from outside providers.
Employed and as well as all other people should have affordable access to the best medical care in all circumstances irrespective of their economic situation.
The healthcare providers shall have reasonable profit margins, guided by certain logical guidelines for their ventures to sustain and innovate. Doctors and healthcare staff shall be fairly reimbursed for their services and procedures and without an unfair amount of malpractice insurance premiums so that the system shall encourage more of the upper credential students to choose medicine profession willingly.
We need to have four categories in the healthcare system:
1. Government insurance pool for people under age 65, like Medicare with 100% coverage for all those who do not get insurance from other sources and shall be open to all people.
People in this category should pay premiums as single payer system. Premiums shall be calculated based on their financial/earning ability with upper limits. For those who are employed, the premiums shall be taxed through their payroll as now many people pay to their employers. For people without financial resources, government shall put the bill.
2 Employers provided insurance if their employer offers healthcare with reasonable premiums and if the employee chooses that option. No employer should be required to provide healthcare insurance but they shall have an option to choose to do so.
3 Self-insured people, who do not want to be covered by insurance categories 1 or 2. People in this category shall have healthcare insurance through insurance companies of their choice.
4 Medicare insurance as is now for people at age 65 but with 100% coverage without additional supplemental insurance and without deductibles. The Medicare premiums shall be raised to cover additional cost as needed.
No insurance category shall have requirements of additional supplemental insurances and deductibles.
All insurance categories shall have Dental and Eye Care coverage.
These suggestions are a frame work to further expand on this very complicated issue with the assistance and involvement of all specialists from all involved fields including budgeting, statisticians and actuaries, healthcare providers and insurance companies.
