FIRST AMENDMENT OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION DOES NOT DEFINE DEFINITION OF RELIGION:
Amendment 1: Freedom of expression and religion (Adopted December 15 1791)

But First amendment does not define the definition of “religion”. Does it mean that if someone’s religion promotes religious containment by killing, it is accepted under the “free exercise”? I challenge the liberal interpretation of this clause of the First Amendment! No civilized nation will permit a proven murderous socio-political cult Rigid Ideology a “free exercise” and hence Islam is not covered under or accepted in the First Amendment.

BAN OF ISLAM IS CONCLUDED IN THE US SUPREME COURT WHEN IT WAS BUILT:

World must stand up to religions, especially to Abrahamic religions which are non-tolerant to others and are not open to rational thinking. For them, there is only one book and one prophet, their religions are only true and it’s their duty to convert others (infidels) into their religions. United Nations must take up the issue of Free Speech and eliminate religious apostasy and blasphemy laws in the world.

If someone is claiming to be a prophet and claims that Quran is dictation to him by God in 26 years of time frame, then the prophet f and his followers must also be challenged and subjected to prove their claims of spreading the ignorance. Humanity challenging their false claims shall not be punished for apostasy and blasphemy, doing that is suppression of FREE SPEECH.
Raif Badawi, who started the "Free Saudi Liberals" website, was sentenced to 10 years in prison and 1,000 lashes on May 7, 2014 on charges related to accusations he insulted Islam on the online forum.
He is undergoing 50 lashes every week in public in front of a mosque after Friday prayers, which will continue for 20 weeks until his punishment is complete. His injured body after first set of 50 lashes on January 9 2015 is not in a condition to receive further weekly punishment. The world should protest such barbarity by Saudi Arabia to suppress FREE SPEECH and keep the falsehood of Muhammad and his self-declared religion Islam, Quran and Sharia laws. People should sign the petition on Amnesty International website. Where is the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, the champion of human rights, stand on this issue? The Saudi Arabia Quranic governing exists only because of United States protection, a double standard!
The video showing the beheading of kidnapped American journalist James Foley in August 2014 is not only the latest episode of barbarity carried out by the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham, known as ISIS.
In February 2002, a Pakistani group released a video showing the beheading of Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl.
Guru Teg Bahadur was beheaded in Delhi at Chandni-Chownk on November 11, 1675 by the orders of then Muslim ruler of India Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb as Guru spoke against conversion of Kashmiri Hindu population to Islam by force and I can go on narrating such inhuman acts as 9/11.
Killing by beheading is basic of Quran and Sharia Laws indoctrination.
It took 26 year to edit and modify Quran after Mohammad first quoted it. This fact is published by official Saudi Arabia booklet for public information. Quran is book of containment of human mind and was created for tribal and uncivil communities, it is not meant not for the civilized world.
What now ISIS is doing in occupied Iraq and Syria for barbarian acts asking non-Muslims to accept Islam, or pay extra taxes to Islamic Sharia courts, or face "death by the sword" is not a new thing. It was repeated countless times on Indian Subcontinent, causing present day hostile environment among peace loving people and creating so much fanatic Islamic population in present day truncated India and its former body parts, namely, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan and Maldives Islands.
Quran (5:33) "Indeed, the penalty for those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and strive upon earth [to cause] corruption is none but that they be killed or crucified or that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides or that they be exiled from the land. That is for them a disgrace in this world; and for them in the Hereafter is a great punishment.”
Quran 9:29 - 'Fight those who do not believe in Allah or in the Last Day and who do not consider unlawful what Allah and His Messenger have made unlawful and who do not adopt the religion of truth from those who were given the Scripture - [fight] until they give the Jizya (tax) willingly while they are humbled.'
Quran 8:12 [Remember] when your Lord inspired to the angels, "I am with you, so strengthen those who have believed. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieved so strike [them] upon the necks and strike from them every fingertip."
The ISIS leader said that Iraqi minorities: Yazidis, Christians, and others non-Sunni-non-Arabic Muslims should accept Islam, pay extra taxes to Islamic Sharia courts, or face "death by the sword.” Well, they are just following Quran 5:33, 9:29 and 8:12!
Islam has destroyed major temples and arts of other religions under Hadith as carrying out Islamic Religious Iconoclasm. Lately, the Buddhas of Bamiyan in Afghanistan, the two 6th century monumental statues of standing Buddha carved into the side of a cliff in the Bamiyan valley in the Hazarajat region of central Afghanistan were dynamited and destroyed in March 2001 by the Taliban, on orders from leader Mullah Mohammed Omar, after the Taliban government declared that they were idols. Islam promotes destroying the World Heritage.
In my views Islam is barbarian and is meant for uncivilized tribal people and its Sharia Laws are problem for the world since the advent of Islam.
Killing and intolerance is inhuman. To prohibit spread of knowledge and free speech is uncivil and keeps people ignorant in Islamic countries and even in other countries which are frightened from Muslim irrational behavior.
All religions instill ignorance and are make-believe and mythical, far from reality and truth. Religions or Karmas philosophies shall only preach morality and harmony. A nation should have uniform law for all people irrespective of their mindset on religious basis. A religion shall not be a law giving entity. Nations shall not be formed on religions.
All countries of world must eliminate apostasy and religious blasphemy law and their people shall be allowed to speak about the true nature of any religion and its prophets. The advancement of human right cannot be accomplished and a nation cannot advance or develop to its full extent without freedom of speech about any religion or any other topic concerning human behavior. Off course, the discussion and speech must be rational in expression.
The world must stand up to religions, especially to Abrahamic religions which are non-tolerant to others and are not open to rational thinking. For them, there is only one book and one prophet, their religions are only true and it’s their duty to convert others (infidels) into their religions. This is a fundamental cause of intolerance.
United Nations must take up the issue of for FREE SPEECH and eliminate religious apostasy and blasphemy laws in the world.
An Islamic Republic cannot have true democracy as all the elected officials will be Muslims and non-Muslims will not have any say in the political system. A law forming religion, namely Islam and its Sharia law cannot form an open society and labeling elections in Islamic Counties as democratic is a mockery of the democracy itself.
And the modern democracies are themselves a mockery without proper safeguards (e.g. term limit) as most elected officials in most democracies are elected by a mob mentality.
To have real democratic elections in Pakistani, Islamic Cleric Tahir-Ul Qadri shall work to change Pakistan from Islamic Republic to a Secular Democratic Republic and work towards promoting spread of knowledge without religion and eradication of religious blasphemy laws.
Rise-up the World and rise-up the Muslims of India for the good of your country and good of your children! Discard religions and follow Dharma: Karma is Dharma (Karma hee Dharma hai). Change your names to Indian names. Are not you Indians?
Mankind can live without religions but we cannot live without each other. Wish you the best.
